Elloree, Holly Hill Trainees win Arlington Washington Stakes

A pair of South Carolina two year olds took very different routes to win the Arlington Washington Lassie and Futurity.  C.S Silk, daughter of Medaglio d’ Oro cruised to a 6 length win in the Lassie–G3 on Sep 6.  The filly was trained in South Carolina at the Elloree Training Center and is trained at the races by Dale Romans.  C.S Silk quickly put herself in the lead and galloped home in a snappy time of 1:36.38 for the mile.

Terrain, trained at the Holly Hill Training Center, was awarded the victory in the Furturity-G3 after a multiple inquiries and objections were filed and both Jose Adan and Advice were disqualified. Terrain is by Sky Mesa and is trained at the races by Albert Stall, Jr.
