Interest Growing in the South Carolina Residency Race

The inaugural S.C. Residency Race has sparked interest from many of the training centers in the state.  The race will be run on November 5th at Philadelphia Park and will be open to two-year-olds which have spent 90 days in S.C. Lee Christian, President of the SCTOBA, says “The interest in the race has been remarkable. It has given the SCTOBA a vehicle to showcase the job done by many of the fine training centers in the state.  We hope this will be the start of a series of races for horses spending time in South Carolina.  We feel we will have a race in the fall that will make the SCTOBA and Philadelphia Park proud.”
