Election of Officers The election of officers for the SCTOBA will be held at the Kickoff to Breeding Season meeting in Elloree on February 12th at 2:00 PM. The featured speaker will be Jack Duarte from Win Star Farm in Lexington. Jack is a noted pedigree expert and former executive director of the New Jersey Thoroughbred Association.
