You may apply for membership two ways. 

1. You can download (requires Adobe Acrobat) and print your application and send it through the mail.  This is a downloadable PDF fill-in form that allows you to type in all of the required information and then print.

2. Fill out the Online Form below.

In either case you must send your annual membership dues ($50) to the SCTOBA.  In the future we hope to offer an online payment option.  Please send your check or money order to:
